For us at vtenext, the continuous evolution of our network is as important as the evolution of the relationship with our partners and resellers. Because of this, we decided to interview some of our resellers and partners, to learn about the implemented projects in detail, and to give our Network a voice.

In this interview with Alessandro Villa, Owner and sales director of Texo Software, we talked about the experience within vtenext’s Network and the Texo Software project, which focuses on the sales and technical departments, with some spoilers regarding the new Customer Portal. Texo Software works in the IT services market to help its customers implement software technologies in a useful and productive way.

1. Hi Alessandro, can you tell us what your company is all about? How long have you been in the vtenext Network?

We like to call ourselves Software Integrators: Texo Software’s mission consists in analysing needs, proposing, and supplying application solutions to PMIs, together with support and consultancy. In particular, we talk about CRM, DMS, BPM, treasury and e-Commerce.

We have structured our offer by bringing together all the application solutions we handle in our SUITE. All the solutions can be provided individually or, since they are complementary, also integrated, to reach the highest proficiency in business management.

2. What were the main reasons behind the choice of partnering up with vtenext?

For quite some time, Texo Software had been looking for a high-quality and innovative CRM solution to be included in our product SUITE. Our research started from our own need for a CRM for our internal management and, since we are software integrators, we started looking for a solution that could guarantee:

  • application completeness and versatility
  • different ways of use, in particular On-premises and Cloud
  • user friendly: ease of use and intuitive interface
  • possibility of integration to ERPs: in particular with MEXAL, the product that we sell the most
  • possibility of integration to other systems in order to expand our opportunities.

3. What are the features of vtenext that you appreciate the most?

To the features I just mentioned, I would add the good value for money, which makes vtenext an excellent solution at a sustainable cost even for SMEs.

Above all, vtenext allows to break down those communication walls that are often difficult to overcome in companies, by creating customized and automated digital processes.

4. What industries do your customers belong to? On average, how many employees do they have?

Our customers are mainly SMEs with a number of employees ranging from 2/3 up to 12/15. On average, we deal with companies having 4/5 employees, as is the case in the vast majority of workplaces.

5. Could you tell us about a vtenext project you implemented that you are particularly proud of?

I would say that the most articulated project and the one we are most proud of is our own, that of Texo Software.

The implementations we made involve both the sales and technical departments, in detail:

Prospects management and profiling by tracing: industry of belonging, target market and competitor’s product in use

Quotes management: through prints customized according to the type of quote required

Newsletter management divided according to target customers

Calendar management: shared between all collaborators and integrated to Mexal

Technical intervention report management (ticket insertion)

Assistance contracts management

 

Activation, through the Texo portal in the reserved area, of the Customer Portal, which will become our virtual square for the exchange of information with customers.

Through the portal, our customers, will be able to make support or commercial requests and, above all, here we will publish:

  • promotions
  • Technical circulars
  • Commercial circulars
  • Invoices
  • Intervention reports
  • FAQs
  • and much more!
