Because of this, we decided to interview some of our resellers and partners, to learn about the implemented projects in detail, and to give our Network a voice.
First on the list is Francesco Riflessi, founder of Kpro Consulting, a dynamic company consisting of a team of consultants with years of experience in Business Consulting and is a part of vtenext’s Network since 2017. Among the main services offered, we can find: SPRO Integrated System, business processes mapping, business analysis and re-organization, Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence.
1. Hi Francesco, can you tell us what your company is all about? How long have you been in the vtenext Network?
KPRO Consulting is a consultancy company that I founded at the beginning of 2014 in order to provide myself with a structure of adequate resources that could let me develop a series of consulting activities that I, as a consultant, had started over 25 years earlier.
We address small and medium-sized enterprises, with the objective of developing winning strategies to help customers achieve their objectives with tangible projects.
What we do is quite simple: we find the best path with the most suitable tools to make business management more efficient and effective. We operate in three key areas:
- Business Processes Organization;
- CRM projects Management;
- CRM software programming through the development of plugins and applications for optimizing business processes
We discovered vtenext more than 10 years ago and, captured by its flexibility, we immediately realized that it would have been the perfect partner for us and our customers, so we have been part of the network since then.
2. What were the main reasons behind the choice of partnering up with vtenext?
Our collaboration with vtenext has been going on for many years now, and we are still immensely proud about it.
We were charmed by the enthusiasm of the team, which at the time was still in its startup stage just like KPRO Consulting. Therefore, we grew up together, as did our close, trusting relationship.
Among the other elements that influenced our evaluation we can remember the solution’s dynamism and competitiveness, which let us create ambitious projects at affordable prices for the customer.
3. What are the features of vtenext that you appreciate the most?
Thanks to the Open-Source technology, vtenext is a highly flexible and customizable product. This lets us adapt it to our customers’ specific and different needs. Moreover, vtenext proved to be an intuitive system that allows the customer to learn quickly by minimizing the time needed for training.
These are only a few of the reasons that led us to introduce the solution in our business, to which we can add the efficiency of the staff in continuously searching for new solutions and the quality of the product, that guarantee an unprecedented user experience.
4. What industries do your customers belong to? On average, how many employees do they have?
KPRO Consulting is a company that, among other things, offers services for the analysis and mapping of business processes, and this kind of service is useful to companies of all sizes: from small family-run businesses wanting to computerize internal procedures, to medium-large enterprises needing to eliminate communication silos.
Our clients operate in quite different business sectors: metal mechanics for warehouse and on order, service companies in the security field, industrial distribution, clothing and packaging, etc.
Only in the last few months did we analyze and introduce vtenext at:
- a company providing services to entrepreneurs nationwide, the main business of this popular Community is creating and managing online and offline educational events for members, in addition to fostering collaboration opportunities among them;
- the main Italian company in the production, selection and distribution of pig genetics throughout the entire country;
- a garden center that produces and markets fruit along the entire supply chain worldwide.
5. Could you tell us about a vtenext project you implemented that you are particularly proud of?
Thanks to the collaboration between our consultants and the technical department, in 2017 we developed a product based on the core vtenext and called SPRO Integrated System, the perfect platform for organizations that find themselves managing security-related obligations daily: be them service or production organizations.
Starting this year, SPRO turned into individual plug-ins with fully integrated functionalities with the existing ones on vtenext and this is precisely the project that we are particularly proud about! The union between vtenext and the individual plug-ins can satisfy different business areas through a single tool.
The currently developed plug-ins further complement the application areas for vtenext to meet needs like monitoring of training necessities and simplified definition of required courses for workers, digital computerized management of DPIs delivery, simplified definition of the documents to be managed with integrated timetable, audits management, etc.
