Because of this, we decided to interview some of our resellers and partners, to learn about the implemented projects in detail, and to give our Network a voice.

In this interview with Bruno Grivetto, director of sales at Sistemi Cuneo, we talked about their experience within vtenext’s Network in detail, and particularly about a successful CRM project implemented for a company that deals with Smart City solutions.

1. Hi Bruno, can you tell us what your company is all about? How long have you been in the vtenext Network?

Our company has been dealing with software for professionals and companies, as well as hardware and systems services since 1984. Over the years, we have included new services such as telephony, connectivity, WEB, and cyber security without losing sight of our starting point. Two years ago, to integate at best all those aspects, we began a partnership with VTENEXT.

2. What were the main reasons behind the choice of partnering up with vtenext?

We were looking for a CRM solution which we could use both internally, to manage our customers and projects, and externally, to provide as a service to our clients. After evaluating all the possibilities on the market, we found in vtenext the perfect aswer to our needs:

  • complete, modern, and functional product, enriched by BPM functions
  • commercial policies in line with our target market needs
  • quality relationship with the vendor

VTENEXT proved to be a partner, who is always attentive to the quality of support both under the commercial, and the technical aspect, in particular for second level assistance.

Clearly, VTENEXT operates according to the rules of a well-structured company, by also prioritizing the human relationship, allowing in this way to provide a solution to the needs in a timely manner, with obvious customer satisfaction.

3. What are the features of vtenext that you appreciate the most?

Among the several positive vtenext features, I would highlight:

  • adaptability to customers’ needs both with our own product customizations and thanks to their implementation support

  • chance to implement a successful project for our customers without significantly impact on their budget

4. What industries do your customers belong to? On average, how many employees do they have?

Our field of interest mainly consists of small companies, but there are also medium and large companies: since we offer both the ERP sw, which is a widespread product at national level, and several other services. To date, we have customers ranging from 3 to 500 employees and belonging to the most diverse sectors.

5. Could you tell us about a vtenext project you implemented that you are particularly proud of?

We started by integrating with our ERP (eSolver Systems)

We proceeded with the whole marketing and sales area by analyzing the appropriate KPIs through reports based on process management

As for post-sales service, we articulated ticket management by using a customer portal as well.

All of this aimed at improving the qualitative and operational aspects.
